So, I have an EDH deck I might build which has as a wincon, a combo between ETB effects generating tokens and Warp World, making so I can Warp World my tokens away, get more creatures (since I play only 5 non-permanents in the whole 100 cards), get either Eternal Witness or Archaeomancer on the board, return the Warp World to hand and go for another go, until I miss my trigger.
My question with this is: Since I can go to a point where I can literally deck myself, is there a way for me to stack my triggers after a Warp World so that Fathom Mage is not allowed to evolve so I don't kill myself with an empty deck or am I doomed if I Warp World into my whole deck.

You can stack the triggers so you get back your warp world before the evolve triggers of the Fathom Mage haven't resolved yet. After that however you would need a way to cast warp world in instant speed (Leyline of Anticipation, Vedalken Orrery) or a way to remove the mage (Oblivion Ring) before the triggers resolve.
tl;dr
You can stack the triggers so the evolve won't trigger until last. But the only way to stop him from evolving is to remove him before the triggers resolve or to win at instant speed with the evolve triggers still on the stack.
EDIT: Disregard me, listen to Rezzahan. Don't know how I managed to miss it's a may, my bad.

Your fear of decking yourself is unfounded. Fathom Mage says "you may draw", so you always have the option to just not draw from the trigger. That coice is made upon resolution.
For some reason, I didn't look at the ability, I only looked at Evolve, which you can't stop. Thanks Rezzahan. Sorry for the useless post when it was in my face since the beginning.
