This is a interaction that came up in a limited event recently and I wanted to check if I made the right call.
A player casts Endbringer and then casts Expedite to give it haste. The player attacks or activates one if its tap abilities on his/her turn and passes. Now, on the opponents turn, End Bringer untaps during their untap, but since it no longer has haste, and hasn't been under the players control since his/her last upkeep, it is unable to use any of its tap abilities. Correct?

You are correct
The summon sickness comes back on since haste was till the end of turn.
But Endbringercan still block though because it untapped during all player steps.
But what I've would have done is expedite on the opponents turn so the summoning sickness ends and can do the 1 damage ability before there end step. Then it It untaps at your turn.
