The Eldrazi processor cards target any exiled card, not just one that's face-up. You can process something exiled by Pyxis, although you won't know what the card is until after it's been processed.
This only pertains to Sower though and it'll still work with other Eldrazi right?
You need to be more specific, as the Eldrazi have different abilities. However, the ruling that all face down cards in exile having no characteristics is true for all cards.
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.

For the processors where it matters (such as Oblivion Sower), there's a ruling:

Cards that are face down in exile have no characteristics. Such cards can’t be put onto the battlefield with Oblivion Sower’s ability.
Oblivion Sower isn't actually a Processor, though. All of the Processors just target exiled cards owned by an opponent and put them in their owner's graveyard. I'm pretty sure Oblivion Sower is the only non-Processor Eldrazi that takes cards out of exile, and it doesn't do so by putting them in their owner's graveyard like the OP asks.
