I have Whip of Erebos in play giving my creatures lifelink. My opponent casts Dromoka's Command choosing to fight my creature against his, and for me to sacrifice an enchantment. Assuming Whip is my only enchantment, and I will have to sacrifice it, does he get to control the order those 2 modes happen, or do they happen at the same time? Can he make me sacrifice the Whip first if he chooses, so I do not gain any life from the fighting?

Cards always resolve in the printed order, even with cards with modes. You will sacrifice the Whip and then your creatures will fight. The easy way to identify if a card's resolution is going to matter is if the card has a period between effects.
