I was playing at my local store and my opponent had a mana crypt in play. Everything was fine until I "flipped up" Polar Kraken with my Illusionary Mask and started releasing the Kraken on my opponent. Things are going smooth as silk until I get him down to 3 life. He goes for the Mana Crypt flip and the coin hits the table and is going to land on tails (he called heads), it's doing that thing where it's still hasn't stopped moving but will stay on tails and my opponent let's out a well-aimed sneeze. Blowing the coin from the table. I didn't think much of it until the next turn where the same thing happens and the sneeze seems more like forcefully blowing air at the coin.
I called a judge over and he told me I should have more sympathy for someone who is that sick and having a tough time and such.
Would you have called the judge? Is this considered cheating at lower REL?
Yes, you should have called the judge. The Judge will perform any investigation necessary to determine Cheating (knowingly breaking the rules to gain an advantage). Be sure to explain the situation completely. "He sneezed the coin off the table" isn't as helpful as "twice in a row, he blew the coin off the table when it was about to land in my favor".
