My buddy and I were having an argument about the meaning of the Khans ability of the card:
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card.
The big question is: at the end of your turn does the exiled card get put back into exile if you choose to play it (ie. does the card only last for one turn essentially)?

No, the exiled card stays in play so long as it's a permanent. For example: On your upkeep you exile a Mountain. You can play that mountain from exile and it stays in play for the rest of the game. It does count as your land drop for the turn. I believe playing an instant/sorcery spell from exile gets put into the graveyard after casting, but I'm not 100% positive.

It does, for the same reason as the rest of your post. There's nothing special about the exile zone that causes cards to go back there by default. Since the ability on Outpost Siege doesn't specify anything about what happens to the card after you play it, the normal rules of the game apply. In this case, that means that an instant or sorcery spell will go to its owner's graveyard when it finishes resolving.
