Just a couple questions that have some up while playing recently:
1) In a multiplayer game, Player A has their creature Confiscated by Player B. Player A is killed, what happens to B's creature?
2) My opponent's commander gets exiled with Godsend but they opt to put it into the Command Zone. Can it be re-cast or does that fact that it left the board thanks to Godsend mean it's gone for good?
1) When you leave the game in a multiplayer game you take all cards you own with you. So player A's creature that B controls leaves the game, and confiscate will go to the graveyard for being attached to an illegal permanent (in other words none).
2) It can be recast. Godsend specifically states cards 'exiled' with godsend. So the game will only check cards actually exiled by godsend, since the command zone is not exile, godsend's effect will not apply.
Thanks for that, but I just realised my own error. Let me re-write it:

Confiscate will leave the game and the control effect will end. The creature will return to player A's control since they were the last player to control it before confiscate enchanted it.
