I've been running a Brago, King Eternal EDH deck and enjoying it, but a ton of rules questions have arisen because of his crazy ability. The deck is an aura based deck, so a lot of my questions have to do with Brago's interactions with auras. I've tried to remember as many as I can, but first I just want to make sure I am operating Brago's mechanic correctly:
First, when he deals combat damage, the trigger goes on the stack, and I declare the targets.
Then, when the ability resolves, all of the targets leave the battlefield simultaneously, and then immediately reenter the battlefield simultaneously.
Then, I choose the order that I want to place all my ETB triggers (knowing of course that first one placed will resolve last), and then work down the stack.
Okay, now onto the questions...
When Brago blinks an aura, how do I approach it's "attach" in regards to the stack? Does the "attach" go on the stack and then resolve with everything else? Or does it just happen immediately when the aura enters the battlefield?
I've heard that this is true, but I wanted to clarify: If I blink an aura with Brago, when it reenters the battlefield, can I attach it to a creature with shroud/hexproof?
Does the same principle apply to Retether? What about an aura returned with Sun Titan?
If Brago blinks a creature and an aura, can I attach that aura to the creature that entered the battlefield simultaneously with it? Or does the aura have to attach to a creature that did not leave the battlefield?
If Brago has double strike and connects, does it work like this: When first-strike damage hits, I resolve his ability as stated above. Then, once its resolved and the stack is empty, we move onto regular damage, and once again I resolve his ability as stated above. Correct?
If Brago has double strike and connects, and I choose to blink an attacking creature without first/double strike, that creature will not deal combat damage, correct?
If Brago blinks a Faith's Fetters which was attached to an opponent's creature, and then reattach it to the same creature upon reentry, is there any point in that process when my opponent can use the creature's activated abilities?
Feel free to answer as many as you see fit, you can refer to the question's number to keep things simple. Thanks in advance for your help!
1. Auras entering the battlefield don't use the stack. Note that any Auras that are exiled this way will return attached to a legal permanent, and cannot be attached to any other permanent you blink, since they won't be on the battlefield when you're attaching the Aura. If the only relevant targets are your opponents', you will have to attach them accordingly.
2. Yes, you can attach it to a creature with shroud/hexproof (assuming it's not also being blinked with Brago).
3. Yes, and yes.
4. No. see #1. The creature will be entering at the same time as the Aura, so it can't be attached to it.
5. Correct (assuming you don't blink Brago during first strike damage, as he will return as a new game object and won't be attacking).
6. Correct, as it is a new game object.
7. No. The exile and reentry both occur during the resolution of Brago's ability, so there's no point where your opponent (or any player) will have priority where the Faith's Fetters won't be attached.

It happens immediately without using the stack.
I've heard that this is true, but I wanted to clarify: If I blink an aura with Brago, when it reenters the battlefield, can I attach it to a creature with shroud/hexproof?
Yes. An aura only targets when it is cast as a spell. At all other times it does not target.
Does the same principle apply to Retether? What about an aura returned with Sun Titan?
Yes same principle.
If Brago blinks a creature and an aura, can I attach that aura to the creature that entered the battlefield simultaneously with it? Or does the aura have to attach to a creature that did not leave the battlefield?
It has to attach to a creature that did not leave. You choose what the aura will attach to as it is entering which is before the blinked creature will exist. It is the same reason you cannot use Clone to copy a creature he is reentering with.
If Brago has double strike and connects, does it work like this: When first-strike damage hits, I resolve his ability as stated above. Then, once its resolved and the stack is empty, we move onto regular damage, and once again I resolve his ability as stated above. Correct?
Correct. Brago does not specify only once per turn so it will occur as many times as you can deal combat damage.
If Brago has double strike and connects, and I choose to blink an attacking creature without first/double strike, that creature will not deal combat damage, correct?
Correct. When the creature reenters the battlefield it will not be attacking and so cannot deal combat damage.
If Brago blinks a Faith's Fetters which was attached to an opponent's creature, and then reattach it to the same creature upon reentry, is there any point in that process when my opponent can use the creature's activated abilities?
No. Activated abilities (including mana abilities) require a player to have priority in order to use. Players are not given priority during the resolution of a spell other than to activate specifically mana abilities when a payment is required.
I've heard that this is true, but I wanted to clarify: If I blink an aura with Brago, when it reenters the battlefield, can I attach it to a creature with shroud/hexproof?
This is worth an explanation if it every comes up in a game because other players may not believe you.
303.4f If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a player's control by any means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it onto the battlefield doesn't specify the object or player the Aura will enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the battlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the Aura's enchant ability and any other applicable effects.
Notice the lack of the word "target" is the rules.
