More specifically, if I win the copied flip, do I still sacrifice the box? Or is the copy somehow not tied to the actual permanent? Also, if I win both flips, do I draw 6 cards? Or does the second ability fizzle when the box is sacrificed?
The sacrifice and the draw are not dependent on one another. They merely happen at the same time. You will still draw cards even if you are unable to sacrifice the Strongbox.

To answer the question about whether you'd have to sacrifice the strongbox if you win the flip for the copy of the ability, the answer to that is yes. Copied abilities still have the same source, even though another spell or ability is what creates the copy. As Thought Criminal stated, if you win both flips you'd still draw six cards even though the strongbox may no longer be on the battlefield.
