I'm assuming this was at a prerelease or fnm so it doesn't fall under competitive level rules. There are two possible ways to handle this basically either rewind the game until the point where the illegal event occurred (so declare blockers) or leave the game the way it is with Warden blocking a Titanic Growthed attacker. That another spell was cast since the illegal event occurred would make rewinding the game less appealing so just leave the game the way it is.
Did Namor say he was blocking with the warden before you casted titanic growth?
If he you attacked, stated warden can't block, then namor says I block, it would be assumed he blocked with the only legal blocker. It seems like after you revealed you had the pump spell, Namur didn't want his vampire to die, so he tried to pass off the warden as the blocker. It doesn't seem like anything illegal happened, it just seems like Namur was trying to cheat.
The proper way of dealing with this would be to call a judge and explain the situation.

Alan controls a Frenzied Goblin and Namor controls a Shadowcloak Vampire and a Warden of the Beyond. Alan attacked with a Frenzied Goblin and activated the ability targeting the Warden of the Beyond. Namor says he blocked and then Alan played a Titanic Growth in order to kill the blocker. Namor said that his Warden then died (which couldn't block) and when this was pointed out Namor said no blocks then.
What would be the ruling for this?
