Yes when you fuse turn // burn you follow the instructions from left to right. So first it becomes a 0/1 and loses all abilities then it can be dealt 2 points of damage. Since it loses all abilities it loses indestructible and can then be destroyed.
When turn is used thassa will turn into a 0/1 and lose 2 abilities: Indestructible and her devotion ability. Note that Thassa by default is a creature, her devotion ability is what forces her to "turn off" removing that will leave her in creature mode by default.
Also note that for this to happen she has to be a creature (meaning devotion has to be up) and it doesn't have to go away before the spell resolves as she would otherwise be an illegal target for the Turn/Burn.

The bolded part isn't true. Removing the devotion ability is really irrelevant, because the effect from the devotion ability removes the creature type which is applied in layer 4. Removing abilities is applied in layer 6. So the effect from devotion would already have applied before it's actually removed. This isn't too important in this scenario, since as you stated it would have to be a creature in the first place, but it's important for other interactions (like humility).
Yes (if Thassa is a creature to begin with, of course).
After Turn // Burn has resolved, when state-based actions are checked, Thassa is a 0/1 creature with no abilities (so in particular she no longer has indestructible) and 2 damage marked on it, so it's destroyed. (Technically, she become 0/1 with no abilites first, then is dealt 2 damage, but in this case that's not relevant.)
