If the creatures have separate instances of this effect, they will in fact be cumulative. So, "Whenever this creature becomes a target" abilities will trigger when the creature becomes a target. If they have multiple of these abilities, then each ability will trigger separately, so you will draw a card for each instance of the ability that creature has.
If you have 3 Opaline slivers, each sliver you have will have that ability three times, so each ability will trigger when they are targeted, and you will draw 3 cards.
7/1/2013: Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
That is the rules text from Opaline. The ability of Opaline will in fact provide additional benefits when there is more than once instance.

Whats the big deal about black lotus you ask? Well you see, there is no big deal about it. It IS the big deal.
For Part 2: The ability triggers at the time the spell is cast, and Ornithopter doesn't yet have the ability when your opponent casts Lightning Bolt. There aren't any draw triggers in this example.
The ability granted by Opaline Sliver only triggers for spells controlled by opponents, so a player casting Mirrorweave targeting their own Opaline Sliver won't trigger the ability.

1. Is having multiples Opaline Sliver making is effect cumulative...says you have 2...then opponent lightning bolt one...draw 1 or 2 ?
2. If I have 3 creatures in play and opponent has 2 creatures in play (I have 1 Opaline Sliver and 2 Ornithopter)...opponent lightning bolt 1 of the Ornithopter...I answer with Mirrorweave...making every creature on the battlefield an Opaline Sliver...will I draw 0, 1, 3 or 5 cards ?
Thanks for your help
