As far as I can tell, you'd get 2 tokens straight up, then whoever copies it would also get 2 tokens, but do these extra tokens provide the boost to the next priority's choice? Would I then get X*X tokens once the second part of the spell resolves?
For each opponent who chooses to put a token onto the battlefield (yes they would actually get two tokens) you would get another token (x2). So if two of your opponents choose to put tokens onto the battlefield, they would each put two tokens onto the battlefield and you would then put four more tokens onto the battlefield.
Edit - Sorry I forgot to apply the replacement effects of the new copies.

Tempt with Reflections's resolution happens in three steps: 1) You get a copy. 2) Your opponent decides whether or not he wants a copy; if he does, he puts one on the battlefield (if you are paying multiplayer, it is 2a) each opponent in turn order decides, then 2b) each opponent who decided "yes" gets a token simultaneously). 3) You get a number of tokens equal to the number of opponents who chose "yes" in step 2.
Now, in your scenario...
In step 1, the original Primal Vigor is already on the battlefield, so you get two tokens instead of 1. There are now a total of three Primal Vigors on the battlefield.
In step 2, each opponent who chooses "yes" will get eight tokens (they would normally get one, which is doubled by one PV, then doubled again to four by a second, and doubled again to eight by the third PV). Since all these tokens enter simultaneously, they will not affect each other, or how many tokens other opponents get. There are now a total of 3 + (8 * X) PVs on the battlefield (where X is the number of opponents who chose "yes"; in a dual it'll be either 0 or 1).
In step 3, you would normally get X tokens (where X is again the number of opponents who chose "yes" in step 2). This number will be doubled by each of the 3 + (8 * X) PVs already on the battlefield, so you will get X * 2^(3+(8*X)) tokens. Again, all these tokens will enter simultaneously, so we only need to consider PVs already on the battlefield before step 3.
Your opponents will probably decline to get any tokens, so you'll likely end up with only 3 PVs...
The tokens will be put onto the battlefield in the order that Tempt with Reflections resolves, and when multiple players have a choice to make, the choice is made in turn order.
First, you put a copy of Primal Vigor onto the battlefield.
Then, each opponent makes a choice of whether or not to put a token onto the battlefield. At this point, there are two Primal Vigor on the field, and while the choice is made in turn order for your opponents, all of their tokens will enter simultaneously, so they will each get 4 Primal Vigor tokens if they choose to.
They will then be on the battlefield to augment your final quantity of Vigor tokens. Lets say there are two opponents who choose to get tokens.
First, you get two tokens.
Then, each opponent will get 8 tokens.
Then, you will get 524,288 additional tokens (2^19).
Your opponents will probably decline to get tokens.
Tap Liquimetal Coating to make Primal Vigor an artifact, use Karn's ability to make it into a creature and then cast Tempt with Reflections.
How would this resolve?

Do they resolve before I would get my final copies (would my final copies be multiplied by opponents copies)?

Draft my cube! (630 cards)
I am totally building a commander deck around this idea.
