If i block a flying creature with flying can i then add non flying creatures in the mix or am i limited to just my flying/reach creatures
sorry if it seems like a simply question its just something i was curious about as a casual magic player

Creatures with flying can only be blocked by creatures with reach, or other creatures with flying.
If you block a creature with flying with another creature with flying, there is nothing that allows to to also assign creatures without flying to block that creature.
No. You can not declare a non flying creature to block a flying creature.
There are some cases though in which a non flying creature will end up blocking a flying creature. Creatures with reach can block flying creatures. Or, take Brimaz, king of oreskos for example. If you somehow give him flying, and use him to block a creature with flying, then there will be a non flying creature put in to play blocking that creature. This works because the creature is never declared as a blocker.
But to reiterate, this is a special situation, and you can not declare a non flyer as a blocker of a flying creature unless that creature has reach.
