Mutavault allows you to tap for mana , and pay 1 to make it a 2/2 with all creature types. since the second trigger dosent say you have to tap. you can tap for its mana source and pay its own cost? making it a 2/2 with all creature types tapped? I ask for pack rats.
Second can you bestow on an opponent's creature and if so, when there creature dies do they get the enchantment card when it becomes a creature.
Yes, you can tap Mutavault for mana and spend that mana to activate itself so that it becomes a rat. This is a not-that-uncommon strategy in mono-black devotion.
You can bestow any legal target on the battlefield, regardless of who controls that target. Keep in mind that you control the bestowaway, and should the enchanted creature become no longer enchanted, the bestowaway will fall off under your control.
