Okay the first question is about Cards like Wrath of God that says they can't be regenerated. Well my understanding of regenerate is (Tap creature, destroy effects do not kill it) Now is that only for the latest destroy effect or would it negate Wrath of god since you regenerated prior to you being destroyed. As for Lure If you had two creatures with lure attacking, what would happen? Answered

What regenerate actually means is this: "The next time this creature would be destroyed, instead tap it, remove it from combat, and remove all damage from it".
However, Wrath of God specifically prevents this from happening.
As far as two Lures go, when there are multiple combat restrictions, your opponent has to fulfill as many of them as possible. This simply means that each creature they control that can block must block one of your two creatures. If they control a creature that can block more than one creature (Hundred-Handed One monstrous, for example), then that creature must block both creatures.

If you regenerate something, it creates an effect which says "The next time this would be destroyed this turn, instead tap it and remove it from combat, and remove all damage." "Cannot be regenerated" means that that effect does not apply, so it will be destroyed even if you made the regeneration earlier.
For Lure, there are two requirements on each of defending player's creatures - must block A if able and must block B if able. Since you can't fulfill all requirements, you must fulfill as many as possible - each creature must block one of the two Lure creatures or the other. They do not all have to block the same one.

My decks:
-Modern UWR gifts control
-Modern Mono-G aggro elves
-Azami, Lady of Scrolls EDH
-Glissa the Traitor EDH
-Modern UWR Counterbalance Control
-Modern UW enchantment control: primer, on tapped out
-Modern regular UWR control
As Eldrazi Conscription gives two abilities to the Bear, it loses the bonus from Muraganda Petroglyphs. It's 'just' a 12/12.
