So some people in my group are have disputes on a couple of EDH rules and are saying they have been changed, but i cannot find any information as to these changes (in fact the commander website seems to not work at all) so here they are.
1) Tuck- Do you now have the option to send your general to the command zone when they are tucked (such as with hallowed burial)
Jace SHOULD be unbanned in modern. I hate all the people saying "JACE IS BROKEN OHMYGOD HE'LL TAKE OVER AND CAWBLADE WILL REIGN SUPREME AGAIN" when bloodbraid elf literally comes down after jace and kicks jace right in the crotch, takes jace's lunch money, and jace is left to bleed out on the sidewalk in agonizing pain.
Duel Commander (the 1v1 format based on Commander) allows you to return your general to the command zone if it would be tucked, but regular Commander does not.
So as far as we have found, after researching the rules text off wizards, Tuckin your general only can send him to the command zone in Duel Commander variants. Poison stays the same at 10 for as far as any variants are concerned, save for the inevitable house rules.

It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the bottom.
the red mage lives by the variance and dies by the variance. May the variance be with you, always.

Can you direct me to the "official" rule that indicates this?
Finally, in addition to the ability to put the Commander back into the Command Zone if it would go to the graveyard or be exiled, you may do so also if it would be put into your library.
Duel Commander also has a rule exempting commanders from legend ruling each other out in a mirror match (same page). Clones and a copy of the opponent's commander in your 99 still legend rule normally.
So Duel commander is not actually Commander in the sense that it is overseen by the original RC and is recongnized by WotC? It is just a rogue variant?

Exactly, it is the competitive version of the casual format since the RC makes a pretty bad job of creating a nice competitive duel format - it is to be expected since it is not their objective.

Correct.

2) Poison- has it been increased to 15?
Thanks in advanced.
2) the default for non 2 headed-gaint is 10, tho many casual groups play with a 15 or 20 counter house rule
edit: I haven't heard of any changes to any ruling in edh for a while mostly what has changed are ban list
