I should know better by now on the timing of certain things, but for the life of me I cannot recall and wish to verify.
Turn 1: Cloudfin Raptor
Turn 2: Young Wolf, Cloudfin Raptor then gets a +1/+1 counter. I then cast Rapid Hybridization on the Young Wolf, getting a 3/3 and also triggering the undying. Would the 3/3 enter the battlefield BEFORE or at the same time as the Young Wolf, thus allowing me to choose the order of triggers for evolve on Cloudfin Raptor?
the evolve will go on the stack along side undying, but you can choose to stack them as you wish. If you make the undying resolve 1st then the wolf will come back and retrigger evolve. both evolves would then resolve and be legal as the 1st one to resolve is the 2/2 and the 2nd is the 3/3.
edit: to be clear the 3/3 comes in before the wolf but due to trigger stacking you can achieve your goal
Ty, whenever a player controls two or more trigger events that trigger at the same time, they get to choose the order the triggers are put on the stack.
You cast Rapid Hybridization on the Young Wolf. When a spell resolves, it does its effect in the order it is written. First, you destroy the wolf, then you put a 3/3 into play. Only after RH is finished resolving (and before anyone gets priority) does the undying trigger go on the stack. Coincidentally, you also have a evolve trigger waiting to go on the stack as well. Since they both triggered since the last time someone received priority, and you control both, you can choose the order they go on the stack.
If undying resolves first, you get a 2/2 wolf that will trigger the evolve again. The second evolve will resolve, getting a 2/3 Cloudfin Raptor, then the first evolve finally resolves, resulting in a 3/4 Cloudfin, a 2/2 Young wolf, and a 3/3 frog lizard token

There would have been a message here about Jace, but Jace feigned interest and counterspelled any other reference of him in my signature...

New to Commander? Read the Above article.
The Rapid Hybridization and Young Wolf's Undying trigger do not happen at the same time.
By the time Young Wolf dies, Rapid Hybridization is already resolving, and the Undying trigger has to wait until the spell is finished.
The destroy and putting a 3/3 token onto the battle fields is one event on the stack.
