Question, say I have Jace, memory adept, who has a very useful 0 ability. If I put a divinity counter from that which was taken on him or any other planeswalker with a zero power, would going to zero or fewer counters still destroy/remove them? or would they be able to go negative and keep using the zero power? would damage from a creature or instant still make them lose loyalty?
The SBA that removes a planeswalker for having 0 loyalty counters is not a form of destruction so being indestructible will not keep your planeswalker around.
The only thing it will save your planeswalker from are effects like Dreadbore that outright destroy the planeswalker

When a planeswalker has no loyalty counters, it is put into the graveyard (not destroyed) as a state-based action. Indestructibility will do nothing to stop this from happening. Here's the relevant Comprehensive Rules quote:
121.1b The number of loyalty counters on a planeswalker on the battlefield indicates how much loyalty it has. A planeswalker with 0 loyalty is put into its owner’s graveyard as a state-based action. See rule 704.
701.6b The only ways a permanent can be destroyed are as a result of an effect that uses the word “destroy” or as a result of the state-based actions that check for lethal damage (see rule 704.5g) or damage from a source with deathtouch (see rule 704.5h). If a permanent is put into its owner’s graveyard for any other reason, it hasn’t been “destroyed.”
Indestructibility only prevents destruction. A planeswalker with 0 loyalty counters is like a creature with 0 toughness. It will be put into the GY as a SBE. This is not destruction or sacrificing.
W may only be paid with white mana. U may only be paid with blue mana. B may only be paid with black mana. R may only be paid with red mana. G may only be paid with green mana. C may only be paid with colorless mana. 1 may be paid with white, blue, black, red, green, or clolorless mana.
ok, so it is put in the graveyard if it has 0 counters and using counters can put it there. would creatures and stuff like Lightning Bolt still remove counters? also, how do you tag cards? I meant to, but can't figure it out

Yes, damage would still remove loyalty.
The only thins making a Planeswalker indestructible would do is stop Vindicate type effects, that just say yo destroy it.
Also, you see that little Magic card back above the text field? Click that and it inserts card tags and you just put the name of the card inside the tags.
Or you can manually type out: Vindicate
