In all three of these cases, Humility will take away such effects before the triggers can apply. All three effects see the creature as it last existed on the battlefield, and no such effects will trigger. Replacement effects that would replace dying / leaving the battlefield with a different event will not work either.
An exception would be an ability that triggers when the card goes to the graveyard "from anywhere". (Emrakul, the Aeons Torn) Those effects trigger in the graveyard and see the creature as it exists in the yard.

A creature that enters the battlefield under the effect of Humility has no abilities when the game checks for triggers, so it doesn't trigger.
A creature that leaves the battlefield under the effect of Humility has no abilities when the game looks back in time to the moment before it left the battlefield to determine if any abilities should trigger, so it doesn't trigger.
A creature that triggers an ability when put into a graveyard "from anywhere" will trigger normally, because it triggers specifically from the graveyard rather than from the battlefield, after Humility has stopped applying to it (e.g., Emrakul, the Aeons Torn).

With Humility on the battlefield no creature will enter with any abilities so it will shut down Enter the battlefield abilities.
For leave the battlefield abilities if it is a traditional LTB like persist or undying the creature did not have the ability when it was last on the battlefield so nothing will trigger. If it is an ability like the eldrazi titans they will fire as they evaluate the card as it appears in the graveyard not as they last appeared on the battlefield.
Replacement effects like that on progenitus will also be bypassed as they did not exist when the creature was on the battlefield.

Does Humility stop effects that trigger when a creature enters/leaves the battlefield? How about when a creature dies?
