If Overburden is on the battlefield (it's under my control if that matters) and I play Hunted Horror, does my opponent have to return two lands to his hand or do I have to return three lands (one for Hunted Horror and two additional lands for the tokens)? I ask this because Overburden's language says "Whenever a player puts a nontoken creature onto the battlefield," and I feel it is ambiguous.
Also, if Tainted Æther and Overbuden are in play simultaneously (both under my control if it matters) and I play Hunted Horror, does my opponent return land to his hand, or does he sacrifice, or what? It's confusing for me, so those are my questions. Please be sure to explain why the answer is correct so I can explain this to my friends if this were to happen. (I'm considering building a deck built around Overburden and Tainted Æther, there's a thread about it in the multiplayer casual section if anyone is interested).
Overburden is not triggered by token creatures, therefore you would be the only player returning a land to his or her hand.
Because of the above, if you were to have Tainted Aether on the battlefield when you cast Hunted Horror, your opponent would only have to sacrifice a creature or land for each Centaur token.
Oh, I feel really silly for not noticing the part about the non-tokens, lol. Thanks guys. And thanks for responding so promptly. Now... silly question, but hypothetically if Overburden worked with tokens, what would happen?
And another tangent of a question, are there other cards like Overburden, in the sense of hinder all creatures with the exception of token creatures because I smell token sheninigans if so.

If it did work with tokens, then the lands would be bounced by the player who's putting the tokens onto the battlefield, regardless of under whose control they're being put onto the battlefield. So, in the case of your Hunted Horror, you'd bounce three lands.

That's not a rules question.
