Weird situation. I'm playing a Angel of Glory's Rise reanimator and my friend has Elesh Norn out. However, I have Fiend Hunter in the graveyard.
I use Unburial Rites targeting Angel's of Glory's Rise. Now every human I own comes back into play, including Fiend Hunter. I use fiend hunter to exile Elesh Norn. Since it all happens at once, what happens? Does Elesh Norn's effect take effect on everything else that comes out with the reanimation of Angel of Glory's Rise (such as borderland ranger, avacyn pilgrim) before Fiend Hunter exiles it or vice versa?

The Hunter has a normal triggered ability. It uses the stack and can be responded to. So Norn will give your just returned creatures -2/-2, so anything with a base toughness of 2 or less will die. Then, the Hunter's trigger will resolve and will exile Norn.

Scientists have calculated that the chance of anything so patently absurd actually existing are millions to one. But magicians have calculated that million-to-one chances crop up nine times out of ten.
Fiend Hunter's triggered ability will not be able to exile Elesh Norn in time to save your other humans. As the Angel's ability resolves, it brings all your humans back, but before Fiend Hunter's triggered ability goes on the stack, the Angel's ability has to finish resolving and then state based actions are checked. This will see a bunch of humans that have 0 or less toughness and knock them all back into the graveyard.
Then both players will have a chance to react to Fiend Hunter's ability, and assuming no other shenanigans, Elesh Norn will be exiled, long after all your other humans have gone back into your graveyard.
