Nin, the Pain Artist is on the battlefield.

I cast Mulldrifter for its Evoke cost. Can i use Nin's acitvated ability to do damage to the drifter before it gets sacked to draw more cards?

Sure. The part of evoke that forces you to sacrifice the Mulldrifter is a triggered ability that can be responded to.
