If I play a Genesis Wave for, lets say 7, and I hit a Rampaging Baloths and some lands and I decide to put them all into play. Will the landfall trigger on the Baloth or no because they all come into play at the same time?
Things that enter the battlefield at the same time all 'see' each other for purposes of triggered abilities (those that begin with When, Whenever, or At.) So you will get landfalls.
They generally cannot see each other for abilities that begin with things like "As this enters" .

The landfall ability does trigger, because they all enter the battlefield at the same time. A permanent that enters the battlefield "sees" other permanents entering the battlefield at the same time as itself.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
Yes landfall will trigger when multiple objects come in to play at the same time they check for all other perments entering play that same time, its the same with P.titan fetching a Valkut and the sixth mountin at the same time.
(On a somewhat related note I live in an apartment with very thin walls and the internet meme "Surprise buttsecks!!" isn't just on the internet anymore. Man that girl sounded pissed off.)
