I have a card, we'll call it Theoretical//Card. It's a split card. Both sides of the split have Forecast. Forecast is restricted to one activation of the ability per turn.
My question: Can I activate both forecast effects in the same turn?
I'm guessing yes, and it seems like a really stupid question when I think about it, but I'm just curious if there's a random rule somewhere that would prevend this.

"Each year that passes rings you inwardly with memory and might. Wield your heart, and the world will tremble."
702.54b A forecast ability may be activated only during the upkeep step of the card's owner and only once each turn. The controller of the forecast ability reveals the card with that ability from his or her hand as the ability is activated. That player plays with that card revealed in his or her hand until it leaves the player's hand or until a step or phase that isn't an upkeep step begins, whichever comes first.
Even if a non-split card had multiple forecast abilities, you'd still be able to activate them each once.

Forgive my ignorance, but that wording just seems to imply that I cannot activate the SAME Forecast ability more than once per turn. The wording on Loyalty Abilities, for example:
606.3. A player may activate a loyalty ability of a permanent he or she controls any time he or she has
priority and the stack is empty during a main phase of his or her turn, but only if no player has
previously activated a loyalty ability of that permanent that turn.
It states very clearly that you may only activate one of those abilities PER PERMANENT, per turn. The wording on Forecast seems to say you can only activate each instance of Forecast once per turn, rather than saying a card with Forecast abilities may only activate one of those abilities per turn. Of course, this is all just theoretical, so maybe the wording is like that because there is currently no way for a card to have more than one forecast ability.
