Not really quite sure what you are asking. But if you Reanimate the Ghoul he is still entering the battlefield and whoever decides to reanimate him will then get to choose any number of creatures in their graveyard to remove
At the time that Sutured Ghoul begins to enter the battlefield, while it's still in the graveyard, its replacement effect modifies the event putting it onto the battlefield. You'll exile any number of creature cards from your graveyard. If you exile Sutured Ghoul this way, it won't enter the battlefield at all. If you don't, it will have power and toughness equal to the total power and toughness of the cards you exiled.

in this deck what creatures remove for Sutured Ghoul? deck have only 4 Narcomoeba 4 Hermit druid. if you remove Tarmogoyf Ghoul get only +0/+1 and Darksteel Colossus go in library from graveyard immediately.
Tarmogoyf's ability that sets its power and toughness is a special kind called a "characteristic setting ability", which works in every zone (and even from outside the game).
No. Tarmogoyf's ability is characteristic-defining, so it applies in all zones. Specifically, it applies in the exile zone.
Note that this is a relatively recent change. When Sutured Ghoul was printed, a * in any zone besides the battlefield was treated as a 0 (i.e., characteristic defining abilities only worked on the battlefield.) This is why the Ghoul has the reminder text it does. Since the change, you'll notice that that reminder text isn't in Sutured Ghoul's Oracle text as it is no longer true.
If you reanimate [CARD]Sutured Ghoul
[/CARD] it will be 0/0 or not?
