My question is that are he allow to play the casaded dread return as Teferi say that my opponent can only play spell at a sorcery speed... To my knowledge, Sorcery spell can be play only when the stack is empty. But in this case, the stack is not empty yet(Deny Reality is still on the stack).
Your opponent cannot cast the Dread Return, for exactly the reason you stated. Deny Reality (and the Cascade ability itself) is on the stack, and Teferi is still on the battlefield, so his ability applies.

And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real.
