this may be the wrong section, as i don't think i've seen an infraction question here before, but it is a ruling.
at a recent event, my opponent had double-sleeved his deck (he sleeved it, then sleeved the sleeve+card in another sleeve). i didn't think to ask a judge about it as it wasn't a problem, but i just wanted to double check and make sure that is legal, he was not marking them by double sleeving, it just seemed really weird

I've seen people do this before in formats such as vintage where some people play with thousands of dollars worth of cards in a deck.
