Say I'm at 1 life and have a Yawgmoth's Bargain on the table. Can I pay my last life for a card? How about if Angel's Grace is preventing me from dying, could I go to -6 life and draw 7 cards?

Read the second point on the rules info. It states that "You cannot pay more life than you have". I believe, though don't take my word on this, that you will be able to pay one life, and draw one card, but no more than that (unless you gain life somehow.)

117.4. If a cost or effect allows a player to pay an amount of life greater than 0, the player may do so only if his or her life total is greater than or equal to the amount of the payment. If a player pays life, the payment is subtracted from his or her life total. (Players can always pay 0 life.)
Yes you can kill yourself, but you can't go into negatives if something is keeping you from losing, such as a platinum angel or an angel's grace
Let me get one thing straight with you. When Condor and an official ruling disagree, 50% of the time the official ruling gets reversed later. The other 50% of the time, the rules get clarified/changed to make the ruling right when it really wasn't before.
