1) if i mirrorweave a creature with a Behemoth Sledge on it, will all creatures get lifelink and trample? ( i need ruleing please there was an argument between judges at my fnm)
2)if a player attacks and has exulted (lets say 2 and hes attacking with a 0/1) before damage i mirrorweave a 0/1, would i take 0 or 2

1) No. Mirrorweave only copies the copiable values of the creature's characteristics. Behemoth Sledge does not alter the creature's copiable values.
2) The creature becomes 0/1 in layer 1 (copy effects) and then becomes 2/3 in layer 7c (P/T-modifying effects that don't set P/T to specific values). You take 2 damage.

Please use card tags when you're asking a question about specific cards: [c]Serra Angel[/c] -> Serra Angel.
1. No. Copy effects copy only the underlying card, ignoring any effects on it (except other copy effects, effects that caused it to be face-down, etc - very few things, none of them relevant to this question). The effect of the Sledge will not be copied.
2. The effect of Exalted still applies; you would take 2 damage in your example.
ok so then if i have a Figure of Destiny and hes is at the last level thingy (hes an 8/8) and i mirrorweave him everything would become a 8/8 flying FS figure? correct?

No, not correct. As Jeff said:

All creatures become 1/1 Kithkins, since that's what the underlying card is.

Copy effects, such as the one from Mirrorweave, apply in Layer 7a1. Effects that set power and toughness, such as Figure's, apply in 7b. Since the copy effect applies first, all it sees for copying is a 1/1.
(This section of the layers changed with M10. I'm not sure if it was different beforehand.)

This is incorrect.
Copy effects such as Mirrorweave apply in layer 1. Layer 7a is for power and toughness setting CDA's. You are correct that Figures PT setting effect is 7b.
Edit: For the sake of clarity, it also isn't the case that Mirrorweave doesn't 'see' the other effects because it's applied first, it is just that mirrorweave is only concerned with the copyable values of the card, of which it's continuous effect making it an 8/8 isn't one.
A cards copiable values are outlined at 706.2 of the CRB
Quote from CRB »
706.2. When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object’s
characteristics and, for an object on the stack, choices made when casting or activating it (mode,
targets, the value of X, whether a kicker cost was paid, how it will affect multiple targets, and so
on). The “copiable values” are the values derived from the text printed on the object (that text being
name, mana cost, card type, subtype, supertype, expansion symbol, rules text, power, toughness,
and/or loyalty), as modified by other copy effects, by “as . . . enters the battlefield” and “as . . . is
turned face up” abilities that set characteristics, and by abilities that caused the object to be face
down. Other effects (including type-changing and text-changing effects), status, and counters are
not copied.
