We had this issue at our prerelase, with Grafted Wargeat being attached to an Ensouled Scimitar. Thankfully, WOTC NetRep Jeff Jordan lives in our area, and came to the prerelease (he can't play in them), so we were able to talk to him about it. We decided that the permanent to which the Wargear was attached would be sacrificed, and that the wording on the Wargear was poor. :tongue2: Good to see they've updated it and made it more clear.
Yep. Found this out to my chagrin when I had to sac my Blinkmoth Nexus on MTGO. Lost me the constructed tourney.

If hefner was a rich, gay, playboy and had hot steamy sex with hot guys would you choose him? Of course not, mainly because im a straight male and find that stuff gross.

Just wondering about the interaction here between the grafted wargear and manlands that revert at end of turn e.g. ghitu encampment.
Once the land is no longer a creature the grafted wargear will "fall off" and I assume unattach. At this point would be required to sac it ?
Thanks in advance for your replies

I used to write for MTGS, including Cranial Insertion and cube articles. Good on you if you can find those after the upgrade.

Permanent makes much more sense.
