My question on this card is does the name Sakashima the Impostor transfer into the text box? I would guess that Wizards intended this to be so otherwise cards like Dragon Tyrant have no upkeep cost and Brothers Yamazaki become very powerful. So how would a copy of Brothers Yamazaki read?
Sakashima the Impostor
Bushido 1. If there are exactly two permanents named Brothers Yamazaki in play the "Legend Rule" does not apply to them. Each other creature named Brothers Yamazaki gets +2/+2 and haste

When a card has an ability that refers to itself by name (for example, Arc-Slogger), then Sakashima's name will replace that name in the ability. So, a Sakashima that copies Arc-Slogger will read:
{R}, Remove the top ten cards of your library from the game: Sakashima the Imposter deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
That's only if the ability specifically refers to the card it is on.
If the ability refers to a card name of another card, the Sakashima's name will not replace it. Such is the case with the Brothers Yamazaki. While the card name is the same as the name in the ability, it's still referring to another Brothers Yamazaki and not the card itself. So, in this case, the name in the ability will not be replaced.
I just had a question about this at FNM and looked it up on Starcity's Ask the Judge databases for clarification and it replaces the name, except in cases like Brothers.
