We play a limited game of Dragon,s maze. I have Tajic, Blade of the Legion on the battlefield and someone plays Turn/Burn on it, using only the ''turn'' half. Will Tajic remain indestructible, since indestructible is not an ability but a condition?
And how does such cards interact with unblockable?

If there is such a thing as too much power, I have not discovered it!
Being indestructible is not an ability, but a printed ability that says "This creature is indestructible" is an ability, and will be removed. Tajic would no longer be indestructible. But if something ELSE made it indestructible, that would not be removed.
Same concept for unblockable. A creature with a printed ability "This is unblockable" would lose that ability, but if something ELSE made it unblockable, that would not be removed.

"Tajic is indestructible" is an ability, and that is removed with Turn. As such, if the Burn half targets Tajic, he will die. You are right that indestructibility is a quality of a card, thus if something is made indestructible or unblockable via another source, as in Deepchannel Mentor or Darksteel Forge, Turn won't remove those qualities.
And how does such cards interact with unblockable?
