The wording on Phyrexian Dragon Engine says "your graveyard" so if I give it to an opponent with The Beamtown Bullies (or an opponent reanimates it from my graveyard) it doesn't trigger? correct?

Correct, it is looking at its controler's graveyard to see if it came from there. So if you donate it, or its stolen it won't trigger.
