When Get Your Head in the Game enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent until it (this card) leaves the battlefield, then touch it (this card) to your head. When it (this card) stops touching it (your head), sacrifice it (the card, not your head).
My thoughts.
So “Get your head in the game” ETBs
And it exiles a target non land permanent until it leave the battlefield. So it had to stay on the battlefield. You can’t take it off the battlefield and put it on your head, because then it’s not on the battlefield anymore.
But you have to touch it to your head. So from what I get from that is you have to literally get your head in the game and touch your head onto the card while it is on the battlefield.
People said you can just like hold it to your head or tuck it in hat, but I think that’s bull.
Any thoughts on the ruling?

Un-fortunately, as is often the case with silver-border/acorn symbols "un-rulings", this is a tad subjective, but two pieces of information allow me to conclude that Get Your Head in the Game doesn't need to keep touching the table to be considered on the battlefield.
First, in Unfinity's Release Notes (https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/unfinity-release-notes-2022-10-07), the card's entry doesn't specify that it must remain on the table, and it states "The card doesn't have to balanced on your head. It simply must be in contact with your head." Since it says "doesn't have to", it seems to imply that it can be balanced on your head.
Second, there's un-precedent for a card that's considered to be on the battlefield also being on your head : Charm School.
Now, your playgroup may rule this differently in a democratic (or despotic) manner if they so desire, but I don't think there's much external support for your stance on the matter. If you want to ask an authority, the final arbiter for such un-rulings is Mark Rosewater, the head designer. You may contact him on Twitter.
I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
403. Battlefield 403.1. Most of the area between the players represents the battlefield. The battlefield starts out empty. Permanents a player controls are normally kept in front of them on the battlefield, though there are some cases (such as an Aura attached to another player’s permanent) when a permanent one player controls is kept closer to a different player. 403.2. A spell or ability affects and checks only the battlefield unless it specifically mentions a player or another zone. 403.3. Permanents exist only on the battlefield. Every object on the battlefield is a permanent. See rule 110, “Permanents.” 403.4. Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield, it becomes a new object and has no relationship to any previous permanent represented by the same card, except for the cases listed in rule 400.7. (This is also true for any objects entering any zone.) 403.5. Previously, the battlefield was called the “in-play zone.” Cards that were printed with text that contains the phrases “in play,” “from play,” “into play,” or the like are referring to the battlefield. Cards that were printed with that text have received errata in the Oracle card reference.
Nowhere does it say anything about the battlefield being a table. As long as players can see the cards and they are known to be on the battlefield and not exile/graveyard, I don't see why your head can't be a part of the battlefield.
