Can you cast Diregraf Rebirth for only BG twice If 8 or more creatures died on the turn you cast it? Say 8 creatures have died to cast it normally to return a creature from your graveyard to the battlefield. Diregraf Rebirth resolves and then If you want to Flashback it on the same turn to get another creature back onto the battlefield from your graveyard all you need to pay for it is BG, correct? In total you're paying BBGG to get two creatures back on the battlefield.
When you're casting a card for it's Flashback cost you're still paying the cost to cast the card regardless If it's an alternate cost.

You are correct. The cost reduction on Diregraf Rebirth applies regardless of how you cast that spell (whether normally, by its flashback ability, or otherwise). Thus, if you cast Diregraf Rebirth and eight creatures died so far this turn, the spell will cost 8 less to cast, even if the spell is being cast for an alternative cost (C.R. 601.2f).
You can actually cast Diregraf Rebirth for only BG twice if only 5 or more creatures died on the turn you cast it. It doesn't reset the count for each cast.
