The part of Dragon’s Approach that lets you barf out a dragon is not a copyable value unless you exile four copies of DA, correct?
Say I cast DA and Fork it. I exile four copies for the original spell to get a dragon, I then must exile an additional four copies to get a dragon from the Forked spell. Am I interpreting this correctly?
The way I read it, the only way to get a dragon is to exile four copies of Dragon’s Approach from your graveyard.
The exiling of four copies of Dragon's Approach from the graveyard is part of the spell's effect. To get a dragon from any resolving DA, copy or original, you have to exile it and four cards named DA from your yard for it when it resolves. Since the copy is created above the original, you may exile cards named DA for the copy first to get a dragon, cause it resolves first. And later you may exile four cards named DA and the original when that original resolves to get another dragon.

I wasn’t asking about the stacking order, I realize I worded my inquiry poorly. What I’m wanted clarification on is this, the only way to get a dragon out out with DA, copy or not is the exiling of DA and four other copies in the grave. You did answer that part, so thanks.
