Specifically, we sometimes play games of magic where we ignore the legendary rule, for fun, or perhaps someone plays Mirror Gallery,
What happens if they draw a card with two or more Teferi's ageless Insight's out? do they just draw 4 cards instead of one, or do the insights trigger off each other and go infinite?
Thanks for the help!

Because Teferi’s Ageless Insight is legendary, it’s unlikely that one player will control two. However, if that happens, each card that player would draw after the first will result in four cards being drawn. If they control three, they draw eight cards, and so on.
Do note, that TAI has no triggered abilities, but a single static one that creates a replacement effect. Replacement effects, with the exception of the commander rule putting a comander into the command zone, get only one chance to be applied to an event or modified event. Hence why this doesn't go "infinite".
Ok, that makes it easier. See, why I ask was that I misunderstood how the effect was happening. I had thought that it was a trigger, and that each time you would draw two cards instead of one, thanks to the first TAI, the second would see those "I would draw a card" triggers and activate itself, creating some sort of weird loop.
But thank you, that clears it up very well.
