Yes. The ability of each Raptor triggers and resolves seperately. One instance resolves, deals 2 to the Hunters, triggering their enrage ability; that enrage ability goes on top of the stack, then it resolves; then the second Raptor's ability resolves, dealing another 2 to the Hunters and triggering their enrage ability again (and presumably causing the Hunters to be destroyed, but that has no bearing on their enrage ability resolving, it still happens.)

Assume you control two Marauding Raptors. Sun-Crowned Hunters enters the battlefield under you control. The triggered ability of each Marauding Raptors will trigger, and both abilities will go on the stack.
All players pass, then the ability of one Marauding Raptors resolves. Its source deals 2 damage to Sun-Crowned Hunters, making the ability of Sun-Crowned Hunters trigger. Moreover, since Sun-Crowned Hunters is a Dinosaur, the ability's source gets +2/+0 until end of turn. Finally, you put the Sun-Crowned Hunters ability on the stack and target an opponent with it.
All players pass, then that ability resolves and Sun-Crowned Hunters deals 3 damage to the targeted opponent.

thanks both for clarifying this. That is helpful to know.
Needed to ask since combat damage by multiple blocking creatures at the same time.. only cause enrage to trigger once. So I thought enrage might trigger only once even if there are two raptors. I guess damage from the raptors ability affects enrage differently from combat damage.
For enrage you just have to look at how many damage dealing events there are. Combat damage is one such event, two triggers each dealing damage once are two damage events. Glacial Ray with a spliced on Glacial Ray only targeting the enrage creature, even though it's just one spell, deals damage twice, so it's two damage dealing events.
In this scenario, each Marauding Raptors deals damage to Sun-Crowned Hunters at a different moment, namely when its corresponding ability resolves. This is the case even though the triggered ability of each Marauding Raptors triggered at the same time, namely when Sun-Crowned Hunters entered the battlefield under your control (C.R. 603.2).
This is different from the case of combat damage, for example, which is usually dealt simultaneously (C.R. 510.2). However, if creatures deal damage (even combat damage) at different moments to Sun-Crowned Hunters, then the latter's ability will trigger once for each such moment (C.R. 603.2, 603.2c); for example, in the case of combat damage, if some of the attacking creatures have first strike and/or double strike, but others have neither (C.R. 702.7b, 702.4b).
