My opponent, on my turn, casts Siren's Call. So now all my non-sick creatures must attack. Say I control a small utility creature that I'd rather not die in combat so I cast Disharmony on it to remove it from combat, after declaring it as an attacker.
My question is, will that creature be destroyed by Siren's Call's trigger because Disharmony removed it from combat, or since it was declared as an attacker will it survive?
I'm leaning towards the former but not totally sure.

It did attack, so Siren's Call doesn't destroy it. Siren's Call doesn't care about when they stopped being attacking creatures (and by the next end step, all of them have stopped being attacking creatures).

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?
Your uncertainty may have come from the way Disharmony was printed, long ago.
The printed text says "This creature is no longer considered to have attacked.", which is why Siren's Call would kill it.
Disharmony has been updated since, by the rules team: that part of the text was deleted, among other (but non-functional) changes.
...but I guess they did not have time to come by your house to update the text on your own piece of cardboard...
