I've literally drawn a diagram of this and I've gotten different outcomes from different people. So this is any instant or sorcery (let's say lightning bolt to make it easier. followed by Narset's Reversal and then repeated reverberation. It looks like you might get 4 lightning bolts and all 3 cards back to your hand or its an infinite combo. I'm really not sure. Here is essentially what I've drawn out.
Cast Lightning bolt
Cast Narset targeting lightning bolt
Cast Repeated Reverberation targeting Narset
One Narset targets lightning bolt while the other targets repeated Reverberation
You target Narset with Repeated Reverberation and start over infinitely?
That was what I drew first but I think that's wrong
Cast Lightning bolt
Cast Repeated Reverberation
Cast Narset - Narset targets Repeated Reverberation and Lightning bolt
Repeated Reverberation chooses Narset again
Narset Reverberation and lightning bolt.
and keep doing this forever
Is either of these correct? If not what is the best way to use this here? and if i'm totally wrong does throwing a Reverberate in this change anything?
Thank you the help

Repeated Reverberation does nothing until it resolves, and it does not target anything. It has to resolve before it will make two copies of the next spell. So the first one is wrong, because the Reverberation must resolve before you cast the Reversal to get copies of the Reversal (and that means you won't be able to target the Reverberation with the Reversal since it's no longer on the stack by the time you want to cast the Reversal).
In your second example, you can cast the Reverberation, then respond with the Reversal on the Reverberation, but then you lose your Reversal (and the Reverberation is back in your hand), which doesn't seem to do much.

I see two major inconsistencies in your combo: Repeated Reverberation has no target: once it has resolved, it will apply to the next eligible spell you cast. You can't 'target' nor 'choose' Narset.
And spells which are copied are not cast, so Repeated Reverberation doesn't 'see' those.

Cast Lightning Bolt
Cast Narset's Reversal target Lightning Bolt
Cast Wild Ricochet target Narset change Narset to target Wilde Ricochet and the copy's target to wild ricochet
The first copy made by wild ricochet target narset which targets wild ricochet and the second copy targets lightning bolt
And keep repeating that last step until everyone's dead and end it with narset targeting lighting bolt
All three spells return to your hand just in case someone prevents the damage.

No, this doesn't work. Let me break down how it does work.
Cast Bolt
Cast Narset's Reversal targeting bolt
Cast Wild Ricochect targetin reversal
Ricochect resovels creating a copy of Reversal and changing the target of reversal. These could target ricochet that is the classic way of countering a counterspell with a redirection spell but that would just result in countering Reversal so leave the original reversal alone and the copy targets reversal.
Copy of Reversal resolves returning the real reversal to you hand and creating a copy that targets bolt.
Second copy of reversal resolves returning bolt to your hand and creating a copy of bolt that targets whatever it originally targeted
Bolt resolves. You still have reversal and bolt in your hand but you lost ricochect.
