No, creating a token with Teysa is not the same as casting a spell (so that, for example, it won't count as casting a black spell for the purposes of Demon's Horn or a white spell for the purposes of Angel's Feather, even if the token is black or white, respectively) (compare C.R. 701.6 with C.R. 701.4). When Teysa creates a token, it's her ability that does so, not a spell. (and a token is an object)
