So Kathril, Aspect Warper checks for creatures with keywords in your graveyard to distribute counters. Does Kathril get a Hexproof counter from something like Paradise Druid that has Hexproof under a specific requirement? I couldn't find the ruling on this.
I'm thinking no, because if the Druid is in your graveyard it cannot be tapped or untapped because its a battlefield condition that doesn't apply to the graveyard. But I don't know how Kathril checks creatures in the graveyard; does it simply just need to see the keyword on a creature?
You're correct. Paradise Druid in your graveyard does not have hexproof, as it has a static ability that conditionally gives it hexproof while it's on the battlefield -- this is not the same as simply having the hexproof keyword.
ok so dose Kathril, Aspect Warper ability stack on the same card in the graveyard. So if I play Kathril, Aspect Warper and Zetalpa, Primal Dawn is in the graveyard dose it trigger 5 times or do you only get one trigger off one creature.

There is only ever one trigger for Kathril, that one trigger checks for each keyword ability. Because it is checking individually for keywords and not checking for creatures and then checking their keywords it will see all 5 keywords on a card like Zetalpa.
I have another question about Kathril. If I use Strionic Resonator when it enters the battlefield, and i have let's say a creature with flying, first strike and lifelink in my graveyard, what happens next? The first triggered ability resolves, giving it the 3 abilities and three +1/+1 counters. On the second time, can i give Kathril again the three abilities and three +1/+1 counters?
So what i am asking is can a creature with an ability counter get another counter with the same ability?

Yes, you can.
Nothing prevents a creature with a, say, flying counter from getting another flying counter.

Having 'double-flying' is ok, but it doesn't do anything more than having 'regular' flying.
They made sure to pick nothing but redundant abilities for Kathril.
702.9c Multiple instances of flying on the same creature are redundant.
702.12c Multiple instances of indestructible on the same permanent are redundant.
So when it says "any creature", does this mean any number of creatures or just one creature???
Kathril's ability says "any creature you control" (note that "creature" is in singular, not plural). Thus, the ability generally means, in part, "...put a flying counter on a creature you control of your choice if a creature card in your graveyard has flying. Put a first strike counter on a creature you control of your choice if a creature card in your graveyard has first strike....", and so on. (See also this thread.) For each keyword ability listed on Kathril's ability, you can't put more than one counter of that kind this way even if you control more than one creature or have more than one creature card with that keyword ability in your graveyard.
Ok I have a question, and I think I already know, but since Thundering Chariot is an artifact vehicle it would not trigger the abilities of Kathril since it's not a creature, correct?

For purposes of Kathril, Thundering Chariot is not a creature card in a graveyard, even if it has an ability that allows it to become a creature, but counters can be put on Thundering Chariot with Kathril as long as it's a "creature you control" on the battlefield (C.R. 109.2, 109.2a). (Thus, for example, if you have Thundering Chariot and no other cards in your graveyard, you can't put a trample counter on any creature due to Kathril's ability.) This applies to Opal Acrolith and Mutavault just as it does to Thundering Chariot.
Conversely, Purphoros, God of the Forge would count as a creature card in a graveyard for purposes of Kathril regardless of its owner's devotion to red (because the card type creature appears in its type line [C.R. 205.1, 205.2a] and because in general, a card's abilities don't work while that card is in a graveyard), but counters can be put on Purphoros with Kathril only if it's a "creature you control" on the battlefield (C.R. 109.2, 109.2a, 113.6).
Note that Kathril has only one ability, and that ability will trigger when Kathril enters the battlefield, even if you control no other creatures on the battlefield and have no creature cards in your graveyard.

On the other hand, +1/+1 counters are cumulative.

They seem to have done that for keyword counters in general.
