hi, this situation came up in one of our games today. Opponent attacks with three Goblin tokens. I block one of the tokens, but he sacs it to pashalik mons to create two more tokens. Can I vraska's contempt pashalik mons to stop the two tokens being created? I'm almost sure the tokens will be created even if I kill pashalik mons, but asking here to be sure.
Once activated, the ability exists on the stack independently from its source. Removing Pashalik in response will not affect the ability, it will still resolve and create the tokens.

No, you can't use Vraska's Contempt to stop your opponent from activating Pashalik Mons's second ability.
In general, while your opponent activates an ability, no player has priority, so no other player can cast spells or activate abilities (including those that would keep your opponent from paying the spell or ability's costs) (C.R. 601.2a-i and 602.2a-b have no priority window until the spell is cast or ability activated; C.R. 117.1a-b).
And once Pashalik Mons's second ability is activated, removing Pashalik Mons from the battlefield won't keep that ability from resolving (C.R. 113.7a).
