Is the forest created By Song of the Dryads in this scenario count as a " Basic " Forest. Will it untap with Back to Basics in the field?

Or would it be like a Dryad Arbor

Song of the Dryads doesn't specify basic so I think it's non basic.

You are correct in your assumption. A forest is not inherently basic so Song doesn't add the supertype basic.
