I did a search on the gatherer earlier and noticed that the creatures from the Magic 2019 Gift Pack are still Brawl legal? Is this a glitch or do they rotate after December?
In constructed play in general, the maximum size of a sideboard is fifteen cards (C.R. 100.4a) and each player may have a sideboard (C.R. 100.4), and nothing in the rules for the Commander variant or the Brawl option (under C.R. 903 or 903.11, respectively) explicitly precludes the use of sideboards or changes their maximum size. Note, however, that sideboards are generally used only to "modify [a] deck between games of a match" (C.R. 100.4); the usual number of games in a match is given in C.R. 100.6a.
In unsanctioned casual games in general, the players in the game can agree on modifications to the comprehensive rules (that is, "house rules") that address various game details, examples of which are—
each player's starting life total,
whether players can have sideboards and the maximum size of those sideboards,
the meaning of "outside the game", and
the number of poison counters needed for a player to lose the game as a state-based action.
Note also that C.R. 903.11b says: "Brawl decks are usually constructed using cards from the Standard format"; thus, they are not necessarily so constructed, especially in unsanctioned casual games where the players agree to use a different format from Standard.
Seems like a glitch, as all cards from Magic 2019 rotated out with the release of Throne of Eldraine this past Friday.
Most, not all, of the M19 cards rotated out. Two cards from the gift pack, Angelic Guardian and Immortal Phoenix remain legal as well as the other 50 or so cards from Core 2019 remain legal.

Also, is there a 10 card sideboard in Brawl?
Were the cards you speak of reprinted in M20? A number of cards from the gift pack were reprinted. If the cards that weren't reprinted are still legal then it is probably a glitch.
I meant specifically the featured foil cards in the Gift Pack, didn’t notice more than that. I’m assuming it’s a glitch or possibly that they won’t rotate until the next Gift Pack comes out. Either way you could include them and show them the legality of the card on the gatherer to squash any arguments.

As for sideboards in Brawl, I don’t think they are used, as far as I know. I haven’t read anything about them, but I could be wrong.
