If I have a five card hand and Anje Falkenrath in play and I discard my hand due to, say One with Nothing, does her last ability trigger for each card that I discarded from my hand or just once? And if so, would I be able to stack any madness triggers and her ability triggers in whichever order I want? Let's say of those five cards, three have madness and go into exile for me to cast. Can I stack the madness trigger for each card between one of her untap triggers, or would I not have a chance to cast them yet because they are still being discarded? Thanks!
You'll get a trigger for each card discarded that has madness. After One with Nothing has finished resolving and state based actions have been checked, all waiting triggers go on the stack at the same time. So yes, you can order all 6 triggers (if you discarded three cards with madness) on the stack however you want. You are done discarding when you completed that instruction from One with Nothing during its resolution, you are not still discarding after that.
