If I use Saheeli's -2 to turn one of her servo tokens into let's say a Storm Crow, would it reamin a token? Brudiclad only cares about tokens and I know that there is a distinct difference between tokens and "copies". I don't, however, know if the token would remain a token after it's transformation into Storm Crow and if Brudiclad can turn a whole board of tokens into Storm Crows.
It's still a token, and you can turn all of your tokens into Storm Crow this way.

If the chosen token is copying something else (for example, if the chosen token was previously affected by Brudiclad’s triggered ability), then your tokens become copies of whatever the chosen token copied.
A token is always a token until it stops existing. No token is a card, no card is a token. Some objects are neither (a copy of a spell, for example). A card never stops being a card (though it's only called a 'card' if it's not in play right now); a token never stops being a token - until it stops to be at all.
