Say I have a board with some Slivers, including Spiteful Sliver. My opponent can attack me with more attackers than I have blockers, and no matter how I choose my blocks, I’ll be dealt lethal damage. But at the same time, if I choose my blocks correctly, my Slivers can also deal lethal damage because they all have Spiteful’s ability. Who will win first and why? Or is it a draw?
You'll lose the game, because you hit 0 life at the same time as your slivers are dealt damage. The next time state-based actions are checked, which is before the slivers' abilities go on the stack, you lose the game and those triggers never get a chance to go on the stack.
