If Shapesharer is copying a creature and I make a Clone enter as a copy of it, would the Clone be Shapesharer or whatever Shapesharer is copying? From my understanding, it’d be Shapesharer because Clones don’t copy until end of turn effects but Clones also copy other Clone effects so I want to double check rather than assume.
When Clone becomes a copy of a permanent, it acquires that permanent's copiable values (C.R. 706.2), so that, for example, if it becomes a copy of Shapesharer, it becomes a copy of whatever Shapesharer currently is (in terms of its copiable values). Clone's copy effect (which lasts for the rest of the game since it doesn't specify a duration [C.R. 611.2a]) is independent of how long that of Shapesharer lasts (which lasts only "until your next turn" [C.R. 611.2a]) (see also this thread and this thread). Copiable values take into account copy effects whether or not those effects are temporary (C.R. 706.2).
If Clone then becomes a copy of yet another creature using the ability it acquired from Shapesharer, the ability's effect will have that creature's copiable values overwrite Clone's existing copiable values for a time, since the latest copy effect on Clone wins in this case (C.R. 613.6, 613.7, 611.2a, 706.2, 706.3).

Shapesharer doesn't keep its activated ability when it becomes a copy of something else, so if Clone copies Shapesharer while it is already a copy of another creature, which was the scenario described by Avanoh, Clone doesn't acquire Shapesharer's activated ability.
